RICE KRISPIE PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1 c. fructose (fruit sugar)
1/2 c. water
1 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies

Stirring until fructose is dissolved, cook fructose and water until it reaches the soft ball stage when tested in cold water. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter immediately. Combine with Rice Krispies and spread in a 13x9x2 pan.

Allow to stand until cool. Cut into bars. If desired, you may spread a layer of melted chocolate chips over the pan of cookies while still warm. Quick and easy, yummy too! Yields 2 dozen bars.
