GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
4 med. potatoes (boiled in skins)

When cooled slice and season to taste.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. diced bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion

Fry bacon, add to potatoes. Then add chopped onions to potatoes. 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. flour

Combine these 4 ingredients. Add bacon drippings to mixture, mix well. Mix with potatoes, onions and bacon. Serve warm or room temperature.
