1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut, flaked
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
7 egg whites, unbeaten
Whip cream (garnish)
Sliced bananas
1 pie crust

In large bowl, combine first five ingredients. Mix well by hand. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until set. Do not over-bake. Top with sliced bananas, whipped cream and more bananas. Serves 8.
