DELUXE POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 lg. sour cream
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stick butter, melted
Parsley, salt, pepper, paprika

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
