GRILLED VEGGIES 
1 lg. head cabbage, quartered
4 carrots, cut into pieces
4 potatoes, cut into pieces
1 lg. onion, quartered
butter
Foil

Place 1/4 of cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and onion on double piece of foil. Put pat of butter over veggies; salt and pepper. Seal foil. Cook over hot coals in grill, turning every 15 minutes. Done in about 45 minutes.
