RICE AND CLAMS 
3 bottles clam juice
2 cans baby clams
2 c. rice
1 chopped onion
Red pepper to taste
Lawry salt to taste
Pepper seasoning to taste
Paprika
1 tbsp. catsup

Soak rice in bottles of clam juice and juice from cans of clams for 1 hour. Put into saucepan. Bring to boil. Add onion and pepper, paprika, Lawry seasoning and catsup. Boil until done. Add water, if necessary.
