CRANBERRY JELLO 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. red Jello
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 lb. frozen cranberries, coarsely ground
1/2 c. orange, plus rind
1 apple
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coarsely chopped nut meats

Mix Jello, sugar, and water. Allow to partially set.

Add remaining ingredients; mix together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
