RICE LUNCHEON DISH | |
2 c. cooked rice 1 c. chopped parsley 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 lg. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. butter 2 beaten eggs Salt 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk Shrimp or crab Combine cooked rice and beaten eggs with salt to taste. Saute parsley, onion and green pepper in butter. Add to rice and egg mixture. Place in casserole dish and add enough milk to cover it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When done, heat together 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk. When hot, add shrimp or crab. Spoon rice on plate and cover with sauce. |
