PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix

Save 1 cup.

o remainder add:

1 stick butter, melted
1 beaten egg

Beat with fork until all cake mix is absorbed. Press into bottom of greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

FILLING:

1 lg. can pumpkin (1 lb. 13 oz.)
3 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat with mixer and spread over cake dough.

TOPPING:

o cup of cake mix add:

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Crumble with 1/2 stick of butter. Work with hand. Sprinkle over pumpkin and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Can serve with whipped cream. Keep refrigerated.
