PUMPKIN NUT CAKE 
3 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar (white or brown)
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can pumpkin

TOPPING:

2 sticks melted butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix filling ingredients. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Sprinkle on nuts and pour melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
