SHRIMP ETOUFFE 
2 bell peppers
1 bunch celery
4 onions
1 lb. butter (melt)

#2:
3 cans mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

#3:
3 lbs. raw shrimp
2 cans crabmeat (optional)

Cook all of #1 all day in slow cooker. Add and cook #2 for 45 minutes. Add shrimp and crabmeat and cook until shrimp are done.
