CREOLE PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
6 lemon slices, thin
6 thin onion slices
6 tsp. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water

In a large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides. On each chop place a slice of lemon, an onion slice and 1 teaspoon brown sugar. In a small bowl, combine catsup and water; mix. Pour over chops, cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until chops are done. Yield: 6 servings.
