NOODLE PUDDING 
1/2 to 3/4 lb. med. egg noodles
1 lb. lg. or sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated or cut into pieces
1 c. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter, melted
Raisins; optional
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook noodles as directed on box; drain. Add cheese, sour cream, butter, and raisins. Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Then mix eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Pour this over the mixture in the pan. Coat with cinnamon and a little additional sugar to taste. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Then shut off oven allowing pan to set in the heat for about 15 minutes. Pudding should be firm, not soupy. Freezes well to be microwaved at a later time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
