APPLE TWIN BERRY QUICK BREAD 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. egg substitute
3/4 c. Schwan's apple juice
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. frozen raspberries
3/4 c. frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl cream sugar, butter and egg. Add apple juice, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until well blended. Add both berries, stir gently, just blend into batter and still whole. Pour batter into well greased loaf pan. Bake 75 minutes. Cool on rack. Makes 1 loaf.
