OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 fryer
1 stick melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
Seasoned flour

Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture, roll in seasoned flour. Place in pan with melted butter. Bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees. Turn over and pour 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup Pet milk over chicken. Bake another 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve over rice or potatoes.
