HAM STRATA 
20 slices of bread cut in half (crust cut off)
3 c. bite size pieces of ham
10 oz. Swiss cheese (grated)
10 oz. Cheddar cheese (grated)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan with butter. Place 10 slices of bread on bottom of pan. Put 1 1/2 cups of ham on top of bread and 10 ounces of combined cheese on top of ham. Layer 10 more slices of bread, 1 1/2 cup of ham and remaining cheese. Combine in bowl, eggs, milk, onion salt, dry mustard. Beat all together. Pour over layers and cover.

Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, crush corn flake sand mix with melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake 60 minutes at 375 degrees.
