PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. of rice
Seasoned pork chops
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with foil. Sprinkle 3/4 cup rice on bottom of pan. Lay seasoned pork chop on rice. Mix 1 package dry onion soup mix, 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cans of water. When mixed, pour over meat. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours.
