CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
3 lg. pkg. chocolate chips 1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows 2 cubes butter, melted 2 c. chopped nuts 4 1/2 c. white sugar 1 tall can evaporated milk Mix chocolate chips, marshmallows, butter, and nuts in a large bowl. Mix well. Set aside. Boil white sugar and evaporated milk for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over chocolate chip mixture and stir until marshmallows are dissolved. Pour into greased pan and cool. NO BEATING REQUIRED. IMPORTANT: Bring mixture to rolling boil before counting cooking time. Fill pan 17 x 11 inches. |
