MOCHA FUDGE 
1 tsp. Folger's coffee crystals
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. hot water
1 1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding mix
2 envelopes, whipped dessert topping mix

Combine coffee, cinnamon and hot water, set aside. In large bowl, place milk, pudding and topping; mix at low speed. Blend in coffee mix, beat on high speed 2 to 3 minutes or until stiff. Will frost 2 (8 or 9 inch) round cakes.
