PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp. oil

To make cake: combine butter, cocoa, water, buttermilk and eggs. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture bubbles. Mix sugar, flour and soda. Pour hot mixture over flour mixture and beat until creamy; add vanilla. Spread mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cool cake in pan. While cake is cooling, mix peanut butter and oil. Spread evenly over top of cooled cake in pan. Frost with Fudge Icing.

FUDGE ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and heat together the butter, cocoa and buttermilk. Put box of sugar in a large bowl, and stir in the hot mixture; beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread on top of peanut butter layer.
