1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
American cheese, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
Mashed potatoes

Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in tomato soup. Spoon ground beef mixture into a 3 quart baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes over ground beef. Top with cheese slices. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
