TURTLE CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. pkg. caramels
1/2 c. Milnot milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix cake mix as directed on package. Pour half of batter in a 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake exactly 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels in milk. Pour over cake and sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel mixture. Sprinkle pecans over this. Rebeat other half of batter and pour on top. Bake another 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Cool and cut into small squares.
