2 boxes chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained
1 sm. can water chestnuts, chopped
1 box Lipton vegetable soup mix, 2 pkgs.
16 oz. jar Kraft mayonnaise with lemon
12 oz. carton sour cream

Mix mayonnaise and sour cream first. Add remaining ingredients and chill.
