PUDDING ICE CREAM DELIGHT | |
50 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter, melted 3 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3 c. milk 3 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix pudding and milk until thick. Mix in softened ice cream. Pour over crackers and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crushed crackers and some chopped nuts. Freeze overnight. Take from freezer 2-3 hours before serving. Keep in refrigerator. |
