1 lg. head of cabbage
A little pimiento (optional)
1 bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (#2) can of tomatoes (or 1 pint)
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all together. This will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.
