VEAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cubed veal
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1-1 1/2 soup cans water
10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Garlic salt or powder to taste

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll meat in flour; brown in hot oil over medium heat. Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour in 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours. Do not let become too dry.
