HEARTY VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 (12 oz.) cans vegetable juice cocktail
2 c. water
1 sm. head green cabbage (about 1 lb.), finely chopped
1 med. onion, sliced
3 sm. or 2 med. carrots, sliced (about 1 c.)
1 med. stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
2 tbsp. instant beef or chicken bouillon

Heat all ingredients to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour. 8 servings (about 1 cup each).
