SHRIMP MUSHROOM DELITE 
1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. tabasco sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry (optional)

Melt butter in large skillet. Add flour and stir. Add milk and stir until thick and smooth. Add cheese and stir until smooth. Add seasonings. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Add sherry at serving time. Serve on rice.

Serves 6.
