SHRIMP WITH SPAGHETTI AND
MUSHROOMS
 
2 cloves garlic (minced)
6 lg. mushrooms (chopped)
1 lb. shrimp (chopped)
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (cooked)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic, mushrooms and shrimp in butter in large skillet over low heat for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with seasonings. Add spaghetti and cheese; toss gently. Cook until heated through. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with additional cheese.
