STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 to 15 big mushrooms, remove stems
1 can crabmeat or shrimp
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion
2 to 3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

SUGGESTIONS FOR SEASONING:

Lawry's season salt
Sweet basil
Lemon pepper
Garlic

Place de-stemmed mushrooms in bottom of 9 x 9 glass pan, caps down. Open crabmeat and pour juice into mushroom opening and set aside. Saute 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped onion in 2 to 3 tablespoon butter. Add 1 small package cream cheese. Stir until melted. Add crabmeat and season to taste. Stir until mixed. Add mixture by spoonfuls into each cap. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
