STUFFED PEPPERS 
3 cans Campbells tomato soup
4 lg. peppers
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 box Uneeda biscuits, crumbled
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 egg
1 lb. chopped beef

Mix all ingredients together except the soup. Cut off top of peppers and clean seeds from inside. Stuff with meat mixture. Add 3 cans of water to 3 cans of soup. Simmer peppers in the soup for about 1 1/2 hours until peppers are tender. Serves 4.
