STUFFED MUSSELS A LA RENATA 
3 doz. mussels
2 slices each ham, prosciutto, mortadella, and salami, chopped finely
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. parsley
2 cloves garlic
Pepper

Clean, scrub, and open mussels. Mix all other ingredients together. Stuff mussels with 1 teaspoon mixture. Tie mussels closed with heavy string. Make marinara sauce in pot and put mussels in sauce and cook 20 minutes. Serve hot.
