EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 to 1 1/2 c. coconut
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate or devil's food cake mix, mixed as directed on box
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom of pan. Pour prepared cake mix over coconut and nuts. Mix softened cream cheese with softened butter and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls over top of chocolate batter. Do not stir into chocolate. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. This will look different each time. It is also called "Upside Down German Chocolate Cake."
