SAUSAGE - STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 lbs. med. mushrooms (about 30)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. brown and serve sausage links, finely chopped
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
butter

Brush mushrooms clean. Remove stems and finely chop them. Put caps in buttered baking dish.

Melt a small amount of butter in skillet and saute mushroom stems and sausages until cooked but not brown. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and bread crumbs until mixture sticks together in clumps.

Put 1 tablespoon mixture in each mushroom cap, pressing lightly. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and crumbs are lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
