SAUSAGE - STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. breakfast-style seasoned pork sausage
16 lg. mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Chopped parsley

Place sausage in mixing bowl. Clean mushrooms. Remove stems and chop stems into sausage. Place mushrooms on baking pan with top side down. Divide sausage mixture into 16 portions. Shape into balls and place onto mushroom caps. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot!
