FINNISH PUDDING 
1 package corned beef
2 bowls mashed potatoes
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded aged cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of salt

Preheat oven to 380°F.

Take a nine inch casserole dish and lay strips of corned beef at bottom. Mix salt and sour cream into mashed potatoes and add mixture into casserole dish.

Finally, cover top of casserole with the cheddar. Put pudding in oven for 1 hour at 340°F.
