COTTAGE CHEESE JALAPENO DIP 
1 (16 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 jar jalapeno peppers, diced

Mix together the cottage cheese, sour cream, and Monterey Jack cheese. Add a dash of seasoned salt, red pepper, garlic and peppers. Mix well. Add a small amount of the jalapeno pepper juice if desired. Mix and chill.
