PRUNE PIE 
1 (12 oz.) box prunes, cut up
3 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook about 15 minutes. Cool. Then put in baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
