PRUNE PLUM PIE (SZILVAS
GYUMOTCSTORTA)
 
2 lb. plums, cut in quarters
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Mix crust dry ingredients cut in butter. Add beaten egg mixed with vanilla and knead into smooth ball. Press into ungreased 9 x 13 cake pan. Place plums on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar on top while hot. Serve.
