HOT CHOCOLATE:

Milk
Nestle Quik
Peppermint or butterscotch Schnapps

Cook milk in saucepan, until very hot, but not scalded. Add Quik to taste. Pour into mug; add jigger of either peppermint or butterscotch Shnapps.

APPLE CIDER:

Apple juice
Mulling spices
Capt. Morgan's spiced rum or cinnamon Schnapps
Cinnamon stick

Pour cider into large saucepan. Add mulling spices, bring to boil. Pour into mug; add jigger of Capt Morgan's or cinnamon Schnapps and cinnamon stick.
