SUGAR FREE CARROT SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
6 packets sweet and low
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

In bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Stir in egg and butter, add carrots, raisins and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Pour into well greased pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
