1 bag hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1 onion
1 can chicken soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
Pepper and salt to taste

Melt butter. Add other ingredients except cheese. Melt cheese and pour over mixture. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
