1/2 lb. Feta cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese or cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten, add to above
1 lb. filo
1/2 lb. butter, clarified

Cut filo lengthwise in 2 inch strips. Six to a sheet. Butter one strip, lay another on top and butter again.

Put 1 teaspoon filling in corner and fold over to make a diamond. Continue to fold over and over to end of strip. Brush top with butter.

Bake at 375 degrees about 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm. These may be frozen and baked as needed.
