CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (1 oz.) pkg. ranch-flavored dip mix
1 c. crushed fresh pecans

Blend cream cheese and dip mix in food processor. Shape into ball. roll in crushed pecans. Make a day or two before serving and store in refrigerator. Serve with lightly salted crackers.
