1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
8 (5 ct.) Hershey bars
1/4 c. nut meats, chopped

Cream butter and sugar. Beat well. Add egg and beat until light. Add vanilla and flour. Spread in 9 x 12 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Place chocolate bars on top of hot cake. Spread and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cut into 1" bars.
