SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
2 1/2 c. potatoes, diced and cooked
1 can Carnation milk
4 oz. can shrimp
10 oz. can clams
Enough milk to fill pot

After hot add: 4 cheese slices (or 1/2 sm. jar cheese spread) 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. chives 1/4 tsp. parsley 1 onion, diced

Cook on low heat as long as possible.
