MAKE-AHEAD BREAKFAST 
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices white bread, cubed

Saute sausage, drain well. Beat eggs with milk and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

I have also used bacon or ham with this.
