PINEAPPLE FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. drained pineapple
1/2 c. cream
2 tbsp. white syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. salted peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat syrup, pineapple and cream. Pour over sugar and boil until it forms a medium ball when tried in cold water. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until gloss is gone. Add peanuts and pour into greased 9x9 inch pan.
