CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
12 corn tortillas
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Pet milk
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 chicken broth

Boil your chicken, let cool and debone. Mix chicken, onions, chilies, 1/2 cup chicken broth, soup, milk, in a large bowl. Fry your tortillas in hot oil just to heat them, drain and cut in half. Make a layer of tortilla shells, half mixture of chicken and half of cheese and repeat layers. Put in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
