CRAZY CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/3 c. cocoa 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. salad oil 2 c. cold water Blend with a fork, do not beat. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan, floured with cocoa. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. CRAZY CAKE FROSTING: 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 1/4 lb. butter Dash of salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla Wipe edges of saucepan with wet cloth or grease. Add ingredients. Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Watch for sugaring. Cool pan in large container of water. Beat until consistency for spreading. |
